Aging Well: Cowichan Senior’s Expo

Volunteer Cowichan is hosting an Aging Well Seniors’ Expo in the Multi-purpose Hall at Cowichan Community Centre on October 18, 2019 from 10 am to 3 pm with free admission to the public and Cowichan Hospice will be there! 

The purpose of the Expo is to bring health, financial, legal, medical and physical-care businesses and organizations, and more, together under one roof to provide a variety of information and services to our Cowichan older adults. Live demonstrations on topics focused on healthy living, and a Flu Shot Clinic are just a few of the events planned for this fun, informative and special day!
