- Partners with Home Care Nursing, Home Support Workers, Cowichan District Hospital, Canadian Mental Health, and Family Life.
Palliative Hospital Program
- Volunteer coordinators and volunteers visit and support palliative patients and their families at Cowichan District Hospital, daily.
- Hospice Tranquility garden on the third floor at Cowichan District Hospital

- Extensive library available to the public during office hours, includes information on care-giving, the palliative journey, grief support, picture books for children
